Artificial Intelligence makes computers to think for human beings making us stupid by creating thought pattern, autocomplete words collocation and even autoread/autoplay texts, audios and videos. This question seeks an explicit explanation on the functionalities and the obfuscated interactive processes between human languages and the programming/machine languages.
There is no real similarity between human languages (natural languages) and programming languages.
Generalizing by a lot, higher-level programming languages just group sequences of machine-language instructions into a higher level instruction. They reduce the complexity/difficulty of writing a program and of understanding a program. A program in a higher-level programming language can be translated into a lower-level machine language, and that process is called "compiling" or "compilation."
