I presume that (one of) the reason(s) for the decision not to accredit the journal is because the publisher behind it “Engineers Publication House” (EPH journal) is included in the Beall’s list (https://beallslist.net ). This a red flag that you might be dealing with a predatory publisher.
Unfortunately, predatory journals will not likely respond to request to withdraw a publication (upon your initiative). You always can try of course. If they are in any way legit then they should respect you wish to withdraw the paper, send the journal (most likely the editor) a so-called withdrawal request. See for example:

I am not optimistic (since I think that this publisher is not reputable) and if I am right then there is (I am afraid) not much you can do and you need to use this as an important lesson: be careful where to submit your manuscript.
