I am using microsatellite markers to compare two populations, and wish to check for null alleles using Micro-checker. When I push 'Analyse' for Population 1, the software displays a 'runtime error 6: overflow' box and then closes itself. Population 2 runs normally.

I have 13 loci. Population 1 has 31 individuals, with missing data for several locus/individual combinations. Population 2 has 48 individuals and is missing data for a few individuals within only one locus.

So far I tried deleting some of the individuals in Population 1 with missing data and re-running the analysis (for a total of ~26 individuals) which did not solve the problem. I also cleared my temporary files folder on my laptop, which also did not help.
