I need to test my MEMS device, which is designed with piezoelectric material. The problem I am facing is, in providing the power supply i.e., a High voltage (around 100 V) while the frequency is RF one (about 8-10 MHz), current can be mili Amps. I do have a signal generator which is having variable frequency range upto 15 MHz but difficulty is in voltage as it has only 10 Vp-p. How can I able to reach my device requirements?

Another way could be to make your own. There are HV MOSFET that can do the job from the company IXYS. I have used DE375-102N12A together with the fast gate driver DEIC421 for ~18 MHz, ~200 V output over 50 Ohm (pulsed mode, duty cycle ~1%)

If you need it for continuous operation, you could try to use the capacitance of the piezo and to create a resonator with an appropriate L. Expecting, the loses of the piezo are small, you could partially couple you generator to the inductor with a tab at 1/10 L and use your 10V generator, expecting ~100V at the piezo.
