I am trying to make use of the NASA's Atmospheric Correction Parameter Calculator (http://atmcorr.gsfc.nasa.gov/). Which coordinates should I use in the calculation? There seems to be only one coordinate to be specified for the calculation. Would any coordinate which falls within a Landsat scene suit the estimation?
You can use the scene center coordinate based on the four corner coordinates provided in the meta data file which comes with a Landsat scene. But probably someone else has a better explanation?

One more way to know longitude and latitude is Google Earth. You should export Landsat or ASTER imagery from GIS or ENVI in Google Earth and than you can estimate very easy
In arcmap, project to WGS84, raster to point, add XY coordinates, point to raster with value field latitude and longitude.

Ravi KANTH Dasari, when you download a Landsat scene from EarthExplorer, the metadata (MTL.txt) associated with the particular scene contains the 'Start Time' & 'Stop Time' of the Spacecraft start/stop time of either the first major frame of the interval or the start/stop time of a WRS scene. This time is in GMT/UTC. For example, a Start Time of an actual Landsat scene acquisition would look something like this:
2018:325:18:13:15.2668940 which is in the
YYYY:DDD:HH:MI:SS.SSSSSSS format
YYYY = Four digit year DDD = Day of year HH = Hour (00-23) MI = Minute SS.SSSSSSS = Fractional seconds
The web based NASA GSFC Atmospheric Correction Parameter calculator requires the GMT/UTC Hour and Minute of the Landsat scene, which for the above mentioned example is 18 and 13 respectively.
