I have a set of dat that is questions about ASD my question is how to I put this data into spss 25 so that it generates the correct response
so I have 14 questions and 55 participants that have responded to the questions but it is a true/false/ I don’t know answer...... do I put each question in a variable tab and then the participants response but how to I get spss to know it is correct or not ??
You definitely have the right idea. Make each item a variable and each participant/respondent a case.

Hey, as you major in Health Science, I guess the "ASD" indicates "Autism Spectrum Disorder"? Also, it's a "knowledge questionnaire", so I guess the aim is to test the respondents' knowledge of this health problem? I don't know about your variables, but speaking of testing the knowledge in health area via questionnaires, perhaps you can check this work which has been often cited for the usually used items to measure certain variables: https://www.nature.com/articles/1600726. To make the study more valid, perhaps you could see other more often-cited works as well. It seems that instead of a true/false, a 3 or 5 point scale might be more often used. Also, for a survey study, perhaps you could add more respondents to make it more reliable.
