I have a huge matrix of size 42245x434. I need to impute this matrix. How can I do that. Could someone please help me out here? This file contains -1, 0, 1 and NA.
Hi, which language are you using, MATLAB, FORTRAN, C, ...?
Use numpy from python. Very easy.
Hi, I am not a specislist in Python but it is possible to read the matrix from an input file. See the following link to the dicumentation:
https://docs.scipy.org/doc/numpy-1.12.0/user/basics.creation.html
Another possibility would be that a partcular structure exists in your matrix that allows building it automatically using some lines of Python code.
