How do I extract CRU data without programming code in ArcGIS or using CDO and Panoply for for specific lat/long?

Task: Extraction of data (Temperature) for monthly average for definite period(1950-2000) for particular point location (0.5degx0.5deg) lat/long.

using ArcGIS wihtout python programming code.

using CDO commands and Panoply

While extracting the following data is to be represented;-

Year/Month/data(unit) i.e. for temperature 1990/jan/ 298 kelvin.

As far as i know. It is very difficult to do without some kind of programming.

The easist way would be to use Arcgis model builder then save it as a python script.

Then in python learn to write 1 for loop that changes the name of your input and output file.

This way you use Arcgis to do most of the programming for you.
