I have obtained the desired graph for a circuit and monitored using MEGATEK DSO5200 oscilloscope. Now, i am going to convert it to a excel file. Do you have an idea for this issue?

It seems to me the Megatek scopes are very similar to the Tektronix products, you may try to use the Tektronix 2000 manual - see here

The .csv files can be opened directly by Excel or any other spreadsheet, such as OfficeLibre Calc, OpenOffice Calc (all platforms) or Gnumeric (Linux only).
If you have only screenshots (i.e. pictures of screen), you may try any on line or free chart digitiser. These applications read the picture and convert the position of each data point to numerical reading, usually presented as .csv file.
