How do I carry out microwave image reconstruction from the data from FEM based forward solver?

I have found the scattered Electric Field by a brain phantom at 1GHz using COMSOL software, the data exported is however scalar. I am trying to reconstruct the dielectric profiles back using MATLAB. Can you please tell me how I can proceed with these values?
