Social networks and Web 2.0 are common tools that the young generation use everyday. So if we could motivate them to spending part of their internet time in practicing mathematical problems it would be a great thing for our future generation. What do you think?
I totally agree with you. Motivation the the KEY factor influencing the teaching/learning process. when talking about the students of the digital age then we should consider likes and wants. different researchers showed the percentage of daily time spent on e-devices by them. So, integrating technology in their learning process could motivate and encourage them to spend more time learning against entertaining.
Use gamification in a way such that students have fun, and also compete against each other.
