I have used the softwares DVP and Groupe Alpha Photogrammetry to do the restitution and create orthophotos. I use the software Visual Giant to do the aero triangulation adjustment, however the software has stopped working. I used it in an old computer with windows XP because it doesn´t work in the Windows 7. I tried to get a new version of the visual giant for Windows 7/Vista/8, but I haven´t found it yet. I´m not sure if there is a new version or only old versions for the previous versions of Windows.
Do you know how could I get a newer version of the Visual Giant? Any suggestion?
I tried to get the trial version in the Elasoft´s page, but I haven´t gotten the software yet. I did a subscription in the Elasoft´s page, but I haven´t received the link to download. I´m not sure whether Elasoft is still active or not. Thanks for you help.
If you still have old version of software and the issue is compatibility with new operating systems i would recommend using a virtual XP install on your computer. The task looks relatively simple once your understand the concept . Please let me know if you need additional details.
Pavan, you are right. The problem is the compatibility with the new operating systems. I have never installed a virtual windows xp on my computer, but I guess it's no so hard. I will look for tutorials in Internet. If I have a doubt, I will ask for your advices, ok? Thank you.
