For example, in school related areas they teach students how to deal with conflicts and how to be nice to one another and respect each other and how the laws should apply to the workplace as well but I heard that the complete opposite happens in the workplace. Why is that ?

The schooling ist human centered and everybody Shall learn all items and skills expected to be required for success in Life...
At school you are Generalist, learning Mathias, science, History, geography and much More!
At Work you are mostly Specialists, WHO are applying very Limited deep knowledge...
And many adult Jobs simply are stupid...
Try to study at University and find yourself an interesting, fulfilling Job and meaning in Life!

1. Life and conflict Resolution Gera easier at school.
2. Little experts in conflict Resolution emerge Out of the schools and enter society!
Thereby the overall ability of the society to solve conflicts rises...
But young persons in the society as a whole or in institutions have a weak standing... It will take (possibly tens of) years to bring conflict Resolution abilities from schools into the society as a whole!
