In air conditioned buildings have the surface condensation problem. So it is important to find the factors affecting the condensation process. I need to know where and why the condensation happens, so I require a molecular level explanation of the process. How does the energy transmission and attraction force vary amongst the molecules?

Andereas Hantsch is correct. It is similar to the moisture formation over the glass, in an air-conditioned car, when you travel during winter.

I do not think that molecular levels are important in this case: the affected surfaces are comparably very large, the time of exposure (to the humid air stream) is rather long, and the surfaces are by no means "clean", so there are plenty of ready-to-go condensation spots for the effect to start and grow. For such boundary conditions the simple equilibrium thermodynamics should be completely sufficient. Therefore the simple dew point condition (as stated above) should suffice to treat the problem. Anything else would be overkill, IMHO.
