It is important for researhers to write about new and up to date topics for example using technology in teaching. In Yemen such topic is difficult to be really tackled because even electricity and internet are not easily accessible.
Since that basic need cannot fulfil, why not consider other alternative research such as using creativity in teaching to enhance students interest in learning? Because of the primary purpose also same.

@ Huey Shia Teo We need to add something new. Topic like the one you mentioned are searched widely. Moreover when I send minimun research paper to reputable indexed journals, direcrly they reject it because of its traditional nature.

Wagdi Rashad Bin-Hady that true, then I suggest you change your research sample, good in enhancing technology teaching, especially during we facing COVID-19 social distance needed. However, if you choose a research sample that having difficulty in minimum basic need in learning seem a bit far to reach currently but still possible in the future.
