Hi all,
I want to send the data packets in a manet network through specific nodes.
I create network using 25 mobile nodes in ns2 using AODV protocol. Now i want to send data through source to destination.
The path only having 1 - 3 - 9 - 16 - 24.
Please help me.

You need to understand the source code of ns2 in some detail AODV protocols. You can also have a look at the following paper titled "Implementation of Wireless Gateway for Smart Home" which has information on the hardware based implementation of the same problem. Hope it helps

I am not too sure about NS 2 . However, you can easily simulate AODV MANET in GloMoSim simulator available open source.
GloMoSim allows you define your own FTP, CBR or Telnet traffic for the scenario you are simulating.
Most of my paper are using GloMoSim for simulating various issues in AODV MAENTs, full text of the following paper avaliable in my RG profile.
1) Protection of MANETs from a range of attacks using an intrusion detection and prevention system
2) A generalized intrusion detection & prevention mechanism for securing MANETs
3) Evaluating network layer selfish behavior and a method to detect and mitigate its effect in MANETs

sending data is easy. After creating the network add an application layer, TCP or UDP to the source and a sink to the other node. Start sending...
However, sending through a specific path is hard. Is the selected path you wrote has been selected in AODV or you want this path? if it has been selected no problem. If you want to select it you have three options. One go to the C code of AODV and hard code the path. Second,write a new routing code in C for NS2. Third, create in TCL an application and sink in all nodes in the path and mainpulate the simulation. you will get a simi correct results

If the path are static why using routing protocols such as AODV?
If you still need to use AODV then simply employ the function Scheduler::instance().schedule(target_, p, 0.) as done in https://github.com/lukhio/ns2/blob/master/ns-2.35/aodv/aodv.cc
