I am concern about the hiring process in higher educational institutes.

I believe that-Hiring can solve only short term problem, but it con't be a regular feature.
But through part time faculty and adjunct faculty, all academic related tasks like continuous evaluation Project guidance and mentoring of the students can’t be done effectively.
It is always better to go for full time employees in higher education mainly in case of teaching. It helps for brand building and rating of any organization.
Professors can be taken into service after superannuation also especially when there is a dearth for experienced faculty. Under their guidance, assistants and associates can learn the good practices of teaching, research and training.

Though our educational system is not according to time as other developed countries but now few steps are taken by government . ICT enabled teaching is now become important part of teaching learning system. so few jobs may be generate in this field. People having basic computer knowledge will get such job... Private schools are more keen for improving standards. They charge huge fees from students and can afford to provide job to Sport coach, music teacher, special drawing teacher, craft teacher, yoga teacher etc....
