Prisons are notoriously suspicious of the introduction of digital technologies for learning (and with good reason!). How can we introduce technologies for learning into prison and who does it well?
There are many projects that serve the prisons. This is a very successful project, and modern means are the future of learning.
Good question given that often prison budgets are larger than university budgets in some states. Take a look at
Christopher Zoukis (September 28, 2016). Technology Boosts Prison Education. Retrieved from http://www.prisoneducation.com/prison-education-news//technology-boosts-prison-education
for an introduction.
I'm involved with organising a conference and would be interested to hear what others have found.
