Zoiya Naz The sign of the logistic regression coefficient (positive or negative) depends on how gender is coded (e.g., 0 = male, 1 = female; or 0 = female, 1 = male). In general, a negative sign means "the higher" gender, the smaller the likelihood of pornography use. What "higher" means (i.e., male or female) depends on the way you coded gender as mentioned above.
@Naz @Christian has very nicely explained how you can interpret the results of logistic regression corresponding to how a variable "Gender" was coded. You have not mentioned Exp(B) value from your results. Exp(B) is used for likelihood of happening the outcome variable due to variation of one unit in the predictor variable. Refer to screenshot for "how to interpret Exp(B) corresponding to predictor variable (Gender).
