Hi Rajeev Jha, what is the process? In which application? You could heat the steam at constant volume, so the pressure will rise.

It can be heated via an electric heater or by heat exchanger depending upon application.
As Arne Müller said heating the system in constant volume can do the job but again it can increase the cost.
I have never come across an application where steam pressure is increased with a compressor, Can any one clarify. The best way to increase the steam pressure is at source. Apparently there is a limitation on design pressure of the boiler etc., How much pressure increase you are looking for.
