As a matter,consider K&N 5th book, "The Execution Premier", In Chapter6 "Align Process Improvement Processes", if we seek the alignment between business processes and strategic goals, to identify and keep the key processes, would an AHP method work out? What about System Dynamics?

thanks for your answer, it was helpful with the cause and effect idea in both models..
but another question remains, the conflicting process of both Models implementation: in BSC you need to have some changes in your strategies, initiatives, KPIs and business processes to catch your goals while in SD you need an stable system yo fit your cause and effect and flow diagram, following that simulation of your system.
I actually see no conflict - you can have several models - for instance one of your present situation and the second, extended one of you future. BSC (KPIs and their use in decision-making) is then built into the second model. And you can have more versions of these models to test whether different KPIs work and how. Then, if the model is calibrated properly, you can also use it to set up planned values of KPIs in a given time.
System dynamics is a general methodology of modeling that allows you to model and understand different systems. And it is not about the stability of a system as a whole - you just need to be able to describe causal relationships (and these may be with changing strength under different circumstances).
A very good reading about the system dynamics approach is John D. Sterman's book Business Dynamics.
