How can we compute the vascular age of person using Carotid Intima-Media thickness?

Hey all,

I am a looking into a method that will provide the vascular age (VA) of a person from the true age and CIMT value. The corresponding publications pointed out to use the Nomograms of the normal population for VA computation. But I don't have the normal CIMT data sets. I have CIMTs from patients suffering from atherosclerosis.

Does, anyone has worked over this concept previously?
