Hi, How can we achieve DC-DC converter fixed output voltage while we change duty cycle of DC-DC converter for MPPT? We know that for MPPT we must changes duty cycle of DC-DC converter but we also need some fixed voltage at the output of DC-DC converter to achieve a fixed voltage at the input of the DC-AC inverter.

We cannot fulfill both requirements simultaneously.. You control the MPP operation by controlling the average input current of the boost converter (by varying duty cycle of active switch) which is effectively the PV output current. By doing so, you move the operating point on the I-V curve of the PV panel/array. Given all other conditions intact, varying duty cycle will invariably affect the output voltage of the converter. You can have a cascaded control structure to have some control (and limit) on the output but that would not be quite effective.. again, it is a compromise between how efficiently you want to stick to the MPP and how much variation in output voltage is tolerated ..

If the load is constant you cannot, the trick is that the load is not constant, it is another converter that drains more power when you pushed more power from the source, the second converter can actually control the dc-voltage, when the voltage is raising, it increases the power drain to the dc-bus, reducing the voltage, in other words, the first converter only control the MPPT.
