Most Ugandan Universities focus on the payments and numbers from students, but what the student carries out of the university is almost nothing other than learned arrogance and carelessness; they club, they spend unwisely, they despise certain jobs, they have little or no respect for those above them... in terms of authority! There are some few good ones, but we need mostly good ones if Uganda should move forward.
It is most important for any level of education institutions to teach self reflexive skills. Following measures can be taken if possible
To create conducive environment for startups and research
To teach students how to control over dark emotions
Self reflexivity is the hardcore of any education system which can be nurtured by introducing discipline of learning
