I am interesting to collect knowledge about 'positionality’ issuess of qulitataive research and 'reflexivity' process that can be used to face such an issues. Just help me to find some information regarding that.
Here are two papers for you. They both deal with positionality and reflexivity in qualitative research. There is a feminist consideration in the first one. I hope you find them useful for your research.
I would recommend the second paper of Thomas as well. A small remark though. This positionality and reflexivity is not limited to social scientist as well, even though social science has without a doubt discussed it most. But take big data research for example. Even though the methods are quantitative, the learning sets used are constructed by humans and used as a starting point. This construction process deserves some attention (it seldom gets btw). There's actualy a great text on how the fields are coming closer together. Other excellent work can be found from the hand of biologists Maturana & Varela in the field of systems theory, where second order systems theory also deals with reflexivity.
