I am working on very polar compound which have excellent solubility in water and not soluble in any organic solvent not even in methanol, problem i am facing is it have polar impurities which are also water soluble. Hoe can i purify my product without column purification?

You can use Reverse phase column for this purpose i.e water / ACN or Water / Methanol for mobile phase and C8 column.
Thanks Piyush, I had tried revrese phase column but it did not resolved my problem as compound remains as impure as it is.
Prep person even not able to separate it. They develop one method but after prep. we get pdt along with SALT, and it is very high amount. like from 100mg crude we get 400mg pure after prep.
as per your problem nadim, looking at your trial attempts for purification and your comments I would suggest you may go for purification by derivatizing your compound if possible.
i.e. if you have free amine, you can react it with boc to get non polar product and easily purify it with column or may be it get purified during workup. then you can deboc to get pure product.
Similarly if you have other functional groups you can react any one to apply the above procedure.
few examples as: acid can be made ester, -OH can be protected by THP/acetals, etc.
Application of this process depends on your compounds structure.
