This question was inspired by the idea that ethics in business is key yet the business environment seems to have no ethics at all especially in Africa. Corruption is on the rise and organizations are collapsing rendering many young people jobless, rising poverty levels. Green business seems elusive in this kind of environment. Leadership scholars, we need to crack this question and see if we can assist the society.
