Dear Bakhtiar Sadeghi, This totally depends that how an educator is teaching a particular course. Leave aside learning theory and think that instruction sessions are structured and taught may have evolved over years. In this case we can say a particular educator may have default pedagogical stance and the reasons why are not clear to the particular educationist. Not looking that learning technology is job. As for as social media is concerned my view is why not filter and use the part of it to enhance learning and acquire knowledge.
