Have a look at "fundamentals of heat Transfer" and there for convectional heat transfer or check chapter 6.8 and7.6 in the link attached. There you get the heat transfer coefficient for forced flow as function of the Reynolds number.

Thanks  for my colleagues. the problem is how to manufacture the metal sphere with heater inserted through it, but the difficulty issue that how can rotate this spherical heater.
