The answer of this question is important for young researchers. Because there are many journal in Scopus data base, which publish unlimited articles and are active in just one or two year. These journals' purpose is make money.
In science, there aren't identify systems for Scopus data base.
Please suggest your identity ways which may be valuable for young researchers!
You can find all Scopus journals in scopus.com. And you can check the status of the journal in this web site or after download xls file in the web site, you can check the link of the journals.

Indeed, a very important observation. In general, a Scopus indexing is an indication that you are dealing with a legit and genuine journal.
However, there are indeed journals (and publishers) that abuse this. They somehow manage to get indexed in Scopus and once they are, they start ‘collecting’ money by a seemingly limitless acceptance of as many papers as possible.
A notorious example is the publisher “Blue Eyes Intelligence Engineering and Sciences Publication”, see discussion:

So far, I can only come up with two things:
-Check whether the journal or publisher is mentioned in Beall’s list: https://beallslist.net/
-If this is true then wait at least two years before you can be sure about the Scopus indexing
It seems that a full evaluation, before a journal get a ‘final’ indexing, takes at least two years (or wait till the journal receives a CiteScore which takes three years). As you noticed Scopus discontinued a significant number of journals after two years.
