can you please clarify: The operation pressure of the tank (0.1 bar(a) or 0.1 bar(g)) and  weather the venting steam is mixed with gas (i.e. the tank is working as a deaerator) or not. In general, it seems a quite conventional task for a heat exchanger to make use of this energy potential e.g. to heat up feed water. This will improve the power plant's efficiency.

You should then check the benefit (operational costs decrease) vs. the effort (investment costs rise)

You can use this steam to heat up a thermometric generator (TEG) to produce electric power. Depending on the thermal quality of this steam, you may need to integrate a capacitor with the TEG in order to store the harvested electric power from the TEG.

In power generation cycles, one the most common ways to recover the waste heat is to use the Organic Rankine Cycles(ORC). The working fluid in these cycles can operate a simple Rankine cycle with low energy streams. There are several working fluids that can be used which you can find them in different paper articles. If the wasted steam in under control, you can use ORC.

However, even though you have a high temperature, you should note that your stream pressure is very low (0.1 bars). At this pressure and temperature, the specific enthalpy of steam is a little bit higher that saturated steam at 1bar and 100C, which may not be good enough for running any power generation cycles.

Also, low pressure will cause troubles for running the cycle properly. You should run calculations to see if you can use this steam to generate power or not.

Beside of that, steam is always a good choice for heating porpuses. You can heat up the facility or provide hot water for there. If your facility is in need of sterilizing service or it is near to such a place, 230C steam is considered as a good sterilizer.

Again, your pressure is very low, and you should run calculations for any of these usages if they suit your configuration.

There are various methods which can recover the low grade heat sources. The most common way is to use an organic Rankine cycle (ORC) or Kalina cycle (KC). It is possible to evaporate an organic fluid by this heat source using a heat exchanger. But it is worthy to note that the temperature of 230 is important to choose the organic fluid from the viewpoint of thermal stability.
