How can I synchronize CD8 T cells to mark with cell trace violet and measure proliferation peaks?

hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone knows any method or protocol to synchronize CD8 T cells activated with peptide, because I want to mark them with cell trace violet and grow them in vitro to evaluate peaks of proliferation.
