I have been working on concentrator solar collector and i want to simulate non-uniform heat flux on tube im using comsol 5.2a. How can i simulate with boundry condition of non-uniform heat flux?
The easest way to impose non-uniform BCs is to have previously foreseen a suitable domain. If you had a cylinder, you could have to cut it in two parts for applying two different heat fluxes. I mean that you must plan correctly your domain, to follow your needs.
Other way, it's to set a function for your BC that are controlled by the coordinates of the domain.

Post a picture of the domain you are building.
If you have heat flux data, you can define a interpolation function in Comsol and then apply the function to the model boundary .
