Hello, i want to set up a lumped port in comsol for a plasmonic nanoantenna (feeded by a microstrip). Should i define the port also in the conductor of the microstrip, given that the skin depth is bigger than the height of the microstrip conductors? Or i have to define the port only between the 2 conductors, as if they were two perfect conductors?

I am assuming that you modelling your structure in a wave guide, possibly a coplanar type. the metal thickness and the skin depths are vital in such cases, if the skin depth is comparable to the metal thckness then it is adviced to include the metals in your model, if not consider using PEC for the boundaries.
