I'm making a real time motion analysis tools by putting IMU on the Arduino Due. How can I set sensors to 0 by using quaternion (calibration)? thanks

4 sensors using serial port. Quternion realtime transmit to matlab by serial port.

totally 16 values for each sample. 

I would like to take 5 second's of data for baseline.  and then use the mean of the 5 s to be 0.
