How can i see Throttled Load Balancing Source Code from Cloud Analyst tool?

The simulation tool Cloud Analyst provides the following three in-built load balancing strategies:

Round-robin Load Balancing

Active Monitoring Load Balancing

Throttled Load Balancing

I want to modify the corresponding java codes of Throttled Load Balancing for my research work. Can anybody suggest me how to achieve the same or where i can find the source code of Throttled Load Balancing. Thanks in advance.
