You can choose one of these:

-. Add "max_history_requests = 10000" to the abaqus environmentfile

"C:\SIMULIA\Abaqus\6.13-4\SMA\site\abaqus_v6.env"

-. Reduce the number of history requests for that step. Not stress and

displacements, but the freqency they are written.

- You can delete History output if you dont need it

Hi Ms. Arjomand, just as Mr. Mutafi said, go to your simulia folder, open abaqus, 6.13-1,site and you'll find abaqus_v6.env file. Open the file with notepad and type "max_history_requests = 10000" in it. Save it and your error should be dealt with

Hello Mr. Himanshu Chawla, i am sorry to hear that your abaqus stopped working. I am surprised that adding that simple line has caused this error. I have personally added it to mine, and my lab mates too have done same without any complications. Can you tell me the exact line you added to your .env file and how you saved it? Also,I will suggest that you first remove the line you added and run the program to see if the error is indeed because of the line you added. Let me know what happens. Thanks

Elaheh Arjomand type it after the last line of the env file after you open it using notepad. Also, add "max_history_requests=0" without "". It should work just fine. Remember the it's the abaqus_v6.env file you have to add to. Let me go how it goes.

Just comment the history output or decrease the history output points requested, it definitely works.

I reduced the mesh size and it worked for me.

I reduced the mesh size and also change the domain from whole model to the specific set that i want to analyze in the history output request manager, it works.
