I used Xcrysden to display the charge density.
Anyone know how to remove the atoms from the charge density in Xcrysden? I just want the charge density distribution without the atoms.

You can use Modify > Ball Factor and set it as 0.0. You can also try Modify > Ball/Stick Factor to get it as you want.
