I would suggest DarWin and PAST software it provides good images compared to NTSys Software. Sujit Sil Wael Alsultan

PAST is quiet simple than DARWin.

I guess you can easily carryout these two by reading its manual or no necessary .

You have to prepare in Excel file and convert it into Text (Tab Deliminated) then upload it.
