I have synthesized AgNP by C. roseus extract. I used 90ml 1mM AgNO3 and 10 ml plant extract(10%). But I have got very less amount of AgNP which is not sufficient for my research work. Can anybody tell how synthesized AgNP in High amount?
Which concentration of AgNO3 and Plant Extract Should be taken?
and What ratio should be used for AgNO3 and Plant Extract for AgNP synthesis?

Well that is one of the drawbacks of green chemistry. Anyway you need to concentrate your extract to favor silver ions reduction.
I understood from your question, that you have tried the AgNPs production using the 10 % of plant extract. Before going for a bulk production of AgNPs, I recommend you to go with optimization of AgNPs synthesis by using 10 to 20 different concentration of your plant extract (1 to 25 %) by maintaining the 1mM of AgNO3. An appropriate concentration of plant extract plays a critical role in the process of green synthesis of AgNPs. Some time less concentration of plant extract is enough to produce more quantity of AgNP with the desired size ranges. Optimization of a suitable volume of plant extract is desired for the successful production of AgNPs. Once you optimized the perfect concentration of plant extract then you may go with your bulk production and I am sure you can expect the high amount of AgNPs in the final product.

Before centrifuge we should add any chemical regent or direct go for centrifuge ?
Yes if the particles are not stable enough, no if you can redisperse them after centrifugation

The concentration of the extract you have used, as mentioned above, may not be enough and the extract might not have high reducing capability. I recommend that you check the left solution after separating Ag NPs to see if some of the AgNO3 is remained by a simple test.

Dear Ramveer: You can add some NaCl to see if white precipitate of AgCl appears.
