The info I obtained from one journal article that I read for acid hydrolysis. Unfortunately the author does not include the molarity used for concentrated hydrochloric acid. The only info I got Conc. HCl (1mL, 12N).
In addition, in the case of HCl 1N=1M. In the acids context Normality (N) refers to the hydroxide ions that are released in the water when the acid is dissolved. So the commercially available concentrated 12N HCl has a molarity of 12g/mol.
