Thank you everyone! I exported plot data in ASCII format from CST. Removed the labels such as "frequency" in the .text file. Imported the file in MATLAB and plotted Shielding effectiveness formula which gave me the desired SE. Although the similar procedure is easy to do in HFSS as you can manipulate the resultant plot there and then.
