How can i plot pressure-time history(blast pressure) for one element?

i simulated the steel box as you see in image, i wana plot pressure-time history (blast pressure) for one element of the box, how can i do that?

first make a path through the element ( if this element continue of several shells) and from plot bottom plot it.

If it is one element , first you must choose the type of the stress first in the history output request, and after run go to (XY Data) , press it , a screen will be appear , choose element nodes , and finally choose plot .
