How can I plot a graph Cp pitch vs Cp yaw for 5 hole probes?

I'm quite new in Matlab. So I need an advice on how to draw a contour plot for Cp pitch vs Cp yaw for 5 hole probes measurement. I need to draw this contour graph for my calibration. Many thanks.
