How can I Plot 3D Multi-scatter plot in One Figure?

I find a time series plot in a journal paper (Feng et al 2013), where they plot Daily Rainfall, Annual Total Rainfall, Daily Average Rainfall and Annual Average Rainfall in a single 3D plot. How can I draw this type of plot?
