As I did the charging and discharging acc to the procedure suggested by you and got the data. Thanks for procedure.

But the charging data is not starting from 0 V, please can you explained me why?

Is this type of data is OK for paper publication? 

I attached data here for your kind reference. 

This is probably because your sample is not completely discharged while you had found the cut off values.

To start from the 0Volt your capacitor should be completely discharged.

So my suggestion is : " Find those cut off values by a dummy sample and take the final data with an unused suoercapacitor"

And please also send me the .nox file

But, This charging-discharging data I took after finding the saturation voltage (Vsc).

Please can you tell me that is there any screening parameters, so that I can select only few of them for super capacitors studies
