What are the tests performed during this QA? Tolerance values of that test.

not sure about interventional, and non-medical(e.g. NDT, etc), but for digital radiography the main technique to rate performance is Detective Quantum Efficiency (DQE). The international standard IEC 62220 is a useful guide. On accuracy/tolerances, it is quite dependent on accurate dose measurements, so a good bench test setup is required for repeatable results, and for this reason it appears to be used more by manufacturers and regulators rather than routine QA by medical physicists in the clinic
