How can I obtain high efficiency of hydrodynamic tail vein injection ?

Hi, ALL,

Injecting plasmid DNA through tail vein, I use PBS as vehicle. While some papers use saline and say that do not use PBS. Can my injection work? Mice after injection is dizzy and very weak. They can recover well the day after injection. Is it common in hydrodynamic tail vein injection?
