How can I measure ulcer score with Image J?

Hi,

I an trying to measure ulcer score and was told abut the image J software and it's accuracy. The problem is I have been battling with it for weeks to learn how to measure ulcer score with it but I have not found out how to do that. All Youtube videos have not done justice to teaching me. I need a step-by-step guide on how to measure ulcer score with Image J. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks
