I wanted to mix solution of my polymer in deionized water with pyrene then use Fluorescence spectroscopy for measure CMC. But I can't solve my polymer in water completely. Is there any recommendation to measure CMC ? It will be appreciate if anybody can help me.

Are you sure your polymer forms micelles or CMC?
What kind of polymer do you use and what is its solvent?
If your polymer forms CMC, You can try to use in nonaqueos solvents or mixtuer of water and other solvents that dependent to the polarity of your polymer.

To determine the CMC, the polymer does not need to be completely soluble in water. Start researching at low concentrations, gradually increasing concentrations to the solubility limit. If there is no CMC, try to change the pH. Some polymers form coils depending on the pH.
Critical micelle concentration (CMC) is the concentration of surfactants and all additional surfactants added to the system will form micelles . The CMC is determined with a tensiometer by measuring the surface tension of a concentration series
